Climb Agency Strengthens UK Leadership Team to Accelerate Growth and Performance Across Core Verticals
Climb Agency has announced a strategic restructure of its UK management team designed to enhance capability, focus, and performance across its core verticals. The move brings together new senior talent and established internal leaders to drive integrated growth and deliver even greater value for clients.
As part of this evolution, three senior hires have joined the agency’s UK leadership team:
- Andy Griffiths joins as Chief Growth Officer.
- Steve Jones joins as Head of Paid Media.
- Leona Storet Slythe joins as Head of Search.
Alongside these appointments, Climb has strengthened its client services leadership, with Harry Gardiner and Jennifer Livingstone stepping into roles as Account Directors, leading key client partnerships and ensuring excellence in delivery and collaboration.
Several existing Climb leaders have also taken on expanded roles within the restructured UK management team:
- Jake Madden steps into the role of Operations Manager.
- Matt Robinson steps up to become Finance Controller.
- Ed Soul continues as Head of Creative.
